Keppoch House/Waverly Court

Keppoch House (formerly Waverly Court) is a 61-unit apartment building in the heart of Philadelphia with a restaurant on the ground floor. The project adds a new 6 story structure and a 5th and 6th floor to an existing apartment building which is an adaptive reuse of an industrial loft. The building consists of a mix of studio, one, two bedroom units; many of which have their own private balconies.

This is a gut rehab work, which means new kitchens, new bathrooms, new lighting, laying hardwood floors over the old concrete floors, and top of the line appliances and fixtures to attract sophisticated tenants and compete with other luxury properties operating in the area.

JKRP Architects, the developers behind Keppoch House, had worked with SashaLED in the past on several successful projects. We work well together because both companies believe in developing not just for temporary leases, but for new generations of urban customers who view urban living as their long-term habitats and investments, both financial and spiritual.

Every detail, from hardwood floors to LED bathroom mirrors, was envisioned with the intention of raising the quality of life of future tenants. The fixtures and finishes are of the highest quality, and visually match the floor and wall bathroom tile. In this same spirit SashaLED’s lighted mirrors were designed and constructed especially to match the floating glossy white vanities and light marble porcelain tile surrounding the bathroom ensemble.

SashaLED is the industry leader in design and manufacturing of LED mirrors for apartment complexes, condo buildings, residential high-rises, mixed use development, and other multifamily projects of any size, anywhere in the US.
